He hasn't been known as a KO artist anyway - I don't think he's being exposed in that way. He's shown some better power lately but that doesn't mean he will be KO'ign fools left and right. Pascal is a good puncher as well and couldn't get a much more timid Bute out. That fight was everything for Bute - 3 years after getting starched he was finally able to come to fight, to give and take. Degale was landing great shots, but Bute was determined that night to exercise demons.Comment

DeGale is a solid puncher but not really a KO puncher plus he's not going to press guys and look for it
He tends to slap more with his shots as the rounds go on and will go to the ropes allow himself to get backed up so his power is not the sameComment

Isn't Froch a European? His heritage is ethnic German from a part of the current Poland taken from Germany after WW II - his grandfather was in the German army.

Bute is just like almost all of your heroes. Made a career feasting on other Eurobums and then when he stepped up against a real fighter, he got absolutely smashed to bits.
