D'Marni Rock, probably spelt his first name wrong but he's the next big heavyweight out of US.
He just got KO'd at the US Olympic Trials (to Marlo Moore a Virgil Hunter trained cat). He's still fairly young doe. Might not be a bad idea for him to stick around til the next Olympics. Only be 23 I believe.

Rock is 20 in 5 months, still plenty of time but how bad was KO?. Didn't know about US trials, caught wind of him from his showing at international level.

I heard he got dropped twice towards a KO loss in the 3rd. BUT in the amateurs that seems a lil extreme to me, even at HW, when they are very ******* with the S8C obviously so I can't vouch for it.
Bivol had an excellent amateur career in the junior category, he won the World Juniors in Istanbul in 2006 and Baku in 2007.
This is his most recent fight:
He looks very good. That Jackosn guy is pretty a decent fighter, apparently he knocked Mekhontsev down and gave him a good fight a few months ago, so for Bivol to do that to him in just his 5th pro fight is impressive.
