Great matchups between -B/+C level boxers

I rather watch these type of fights than mismatches between a A level fighter vs -C level fighter....what are some fights you would like to between -B/+C level fights....I would love to see Curtiss Stevens vs James Kirkland & Jesus Soto Karass vs Willie Monroe...thoughts?

I have no idea how this grading system of A, B,C and minus and plus works. I sometimes hear world champions being called C or B level fighters. It seems like any world champion worth a damn should be an A or A- or at least a B+ but apparently it doesn't work that way.
