What Roy doesn't understand no matter who he is fighting they are training hard for the best Roy Jones Jr. At this stage of his career Roy isn't doing the same. He's no longer does roadwork (strength and conditioning) due to his bad knees. With all his other obligations like HBO commentary, Promoting fights etc. He doesn't even have time to actually have a real training camp. The last time Roy actually looked in good conditioning was the BHop 2 fight.

I can't stand how Roy is considered a joke now because he is getting knocked out by bums he would have never considered even fighting at his peak. To me he's still king but I can't support him fighting anymore.

Please hang them up Roy. Thanks for the glory years when you were still that atg phenomenon but the ship just hasn't sailed, it's been shot and sank a long time ago.
