I'm afraid you need to stop listening to what others are telling you and start researching things for yourself.

I'm here to help you if you need it.

    Try reading that.

I don't know if you're trolling or you're simply thick, but to say VADA use the UK as a model is absolutely laughable.

Feel free to follow the hype generated for casuals but in the real world, money talks. The UK has no incentive to catch big names.

Also that kinda proves a point, if he's been lifting for so long but couldn't reach the size he's at now sooner than he obviously wasn't lifting right. I bet he didn't know a third of the stuff he does now for building muscle/lifting.

A physique like Joshua's is attainable in two years, full natty.
It's well documented - he has said many times that he started off lifting weights before starting boxing in 2008 or 2009.

You're right about learning how to build muscle - it involves excessive amounts of HGH and steroid cycles. If his physique is naturally obtainable, then how do you explain him having a lean BMI higher than that of full-time natural bodybuilders who train specifically to build muscle?

When me and my mates started off lifting we weren't all about dat optimisation. Also fuck citing BMI as something credible.

I don't think Joshua is that big, forget the picture look at the scales. 6ft6 and he's under 250, seems about right. Google people at that height and weight who work out and then you'll see how small they are, especially someone white.

Are you going to give an explanation regarding no effective HGH, CIR or biological passport testing or do you simply choose to ignore those facts due to being too dense to process what it means?

FYI VADA carries out all 3 of those tests amongst others, so going back to your comment on using the UK as a model, it goes to show how truly misinformed you are.

I trust the opinion of top anti doping experts, not casual fanboys.

BMI is far more credible than "dat optimisation" and 'not thinking he's that big'.

              Numbers don't lie.

I'm talking lean BMI (at 0% body fat), not actual weight. His lean BMI as a full time natural bodybuilder would be in the 200-210 range, 215 max (again if you want to read some studies, let me know).

He wouldn't even be at that limit whilst training for boxing and even if he were, do you think he carries around 30-35 pounds of fat on top of a 215 frame?

Look at your reps? You're a known troll and racist and your arguments here do nothing but strengthen that opinion.

Take your racism and go back under the stone you crawled from you racist PIG.

Racist?! Where on earth have you got that from?

The fact that you've given up arguing and instead turned to attacking my 'rep' speaks volumes.

I'm not interested in some virtual 'rep', I'm more interested in being truthful and realistic.

No, you're more interested in spreading racist rumours and hateful comments.

                    Grow up.

I spread truthful comments, not necessarily hateful ones. And again, please explain how I'm racist. That's a 'hateful comment' towards myself as it's completely unfounded, unlike my comments, which are all backed up with substantial evidence.
