On Saturday night at the O2 Arena in London, Chris Eubank Jr. (21-1, 16KOs) battered domestic rival Spike O'Sullivan for a seventh round TKO victory in a WBA final middleweight eliminator.
The victory makes Eubank the mandatory challenger to WBA "regular" middleweight champion Daniel Jacobs (31-1, 28KOs), who last week retained his title with a first round stoppage of unbeaten Peter Quillin.
