I'd guess just over a million.

Cotto vs Canelo gate is guaranteed to do higher than 194 gate.

If anyone is interested I am more than happy to bet.

All time Boxing gate vs MMA gates in Nevada.

Respect if they get 3.5M buys, but I have an extremely had time seeing that. Lesner was huge & had a massive crossover audience & I don't think he even managed half of that. If McGregor can beat Lesner numbers I'll be super impressed.

As far as the money & McGregor making millions its well established that certain UFC fighters, like Conor & Aldo get PPV bonuses based on buys in addition to their reported money (there are also "locker room bonuses" that are unreported the most famous of which was Frank Mir's $1M bonus for his fight with Lesner). This has been know for damn near a decade if you are a UFC fan from when Randy Couture had issues with the UFC & leaked his contract details.

This is the info from Couture's contract in 2007. You can speculate on if the cuts went up or down, but its clearly a bonus which exists & is reported in the MMA media.
The bout agreement distributed by Randy Couture at yesterday’s press conference included the UFC’s pay-per-view bonus scale. A picture of the agreement can be found here. The bonus scale is as follows:
          100,000 – 175,000 buys – $1 per buy
          175,000 – 300,000 buys – $1.50 per buy
          300,000 – 330,000 buys – $2 per buy
          330,000 – plus buys – $3 per buy

Based on Couture’s stated belief that his fight with Tim Sylvia did roughly 520,000 buys, that would amount to a total contracted payout of $1,142,500, representing a $250,000 downside guarantee and a $892,500 pay-per-view bonus, in addition to a $500,000 locker room bonus check presented to Couture following the fight. It is believed that Couture has never earned more than $1.75 million for a fight.

Based on the bout agreement, in order for Kevin Iole’s reported figure of $3.25-3.75 million per fight, to be correct, Couture’s fights would need to draw 1,222,500 pay-per-view buys. The 520,000 buys for the Sylvia fight represents the largest buy rate Couture has ever drawn. Yahoo! Sports stands by its story and has noted that the bout agreement was unsigned.

Has the PPV cut for the fighters ever been disclosed?

Who got those numbers? Yourself? Their isn't even over 2 million MMA fans... What was their largest show, oh yea a freak show fight with Lesnar (their best selling fighter; that tells you everything). I doubt it does over 1.2 mill and I got money Aldo kicks Mcgregor head in!

Its barely trending to do even a million.

This thread should be closed since its bs, and its not even boxing related.

That's crazy that Mayweather has 5 of the 6 highest gates of all time.

I doubt they'll get that much. If they do then good for them. They'll probably do over a million though. I am hyped for this fight. Aldo is my favorite MMA fighter and Mcgregor knows how to hype up a fight.

We need Irish fans in boxing. They're freaking insane in a good way. Ireland currently has a great amateur program, so now we just need for their best boxers to start turning pro so we can get some of those fans in boxing.
Jason Quigley and John Joe Nevin are already pro, so maybe they could make something happen.
