there's also a massive difference between the way you condition yourself for a sprint then rest sport to an aerobic activity like boxing for 3 minutes straight 12 times in a row with 11 minutes to rest spread out in single minute intervals.
these are multimillion dollar athletes with a ton to lose. they're likely all on something.
