Williams vs. Matthysse...A SUPER FIGHT AMONG PROSPECTS FOR SURE!

Ive only seen Matthysse once (really like what I saw) and The punisher isnt too shabby himself...this is as big a fight as it gets when it comes down to top prospects-it just doesnt get any more important then this(careers are most likely on the line!).

I have no clue who too pick in this fight based on not seeing Walter much...something tells me he is the real deal though and will stop Williams...but again I have no ****ing clue.

Is there anyone out there that is...

    1) Excited about this bout

    2) Have a decent feel for how they think this matchup may go?

    Dont miss this fight!

I'm very intrigued to see this fight. I think it was added to the Montiel/Gonzalez card. Should be an entertaining night.

I have never seen Matthysse fight and I've only ever seen Williams' victory over Rios. Williams looks like a very dangerous guy indeed...but I haven't seen how he handles real pressure or a big puncher. I like the fact that he doesn't always swing for the fences...he touches, touches, touches and then explodes with a big combination to the body and head.

    Scap what is Matthysse like?

I have only seen Matthysse once and he appeared to be a very pateint fighter with hands of stone...I believe the fight he was in only went two rounds but I walked away thinking this kid has really got something.

Im not easily impressed either-most young prospects out there today I think are tools-never like guys like Bojado, Ward, Mares, R. Williams, etc...but something tells me to like Walter so Im following my gut here.

I think Williams is a good boxer but his chin will be tested by Matthyse.

So Matthysse is a big hitter then huh? My fear about Williams is his ability to take a punch, but he also has those scrawny ass chicken legs. It looks like he could be knocked off balance or his equilibrium could be ****ed up by a big shot.

Whoever wins this fight is a major player at 147 though.

Is Matthysse primarly a set fighter? Williams seemed to move around a bit to get a lot of punching angles.

Walt is going to chin check the Punisher-it should be interesting!

Matthysse looks to be the real deal. He's a very strong fighter who carries good power in both hands. I think he has KO's in all but one of his fights and goes to the body very well for someone with such a young career.

This should be a good tilt.

I tried calling but your doc said outside phone calls from the real world seem to depress you.
