Baldomir was unbeaten in eight years son and the only reason he had that many losses was because he started boxing late and didn't have an amateur career as a result. He basically had to learn on the job hence why he had those losses early in his career.
But once he learned everything he needed to learn he went on an eight year unbeaten run and defeated the reigning undesputed champ at welterweight at the time (Zab Judah).
Mayweather had already agreed to fight the undesputed champ Zab but Zab took decided to fight Baldomir before he fights Floyd. So when Zab unexpectedly lost Floyd decided to fight both of em in order to prove that he is the king pin in the division.
Floyd would have been undisputed champ had Baldomir paid the sanctioning fees for the Zab Judah belts. In any case he became lineal after fighting Baldomir.

I see a racially motivated poster when I see one and I've noticed your posting style its kind of sad.
Resumes are what you've done, who you've beat we look at Maidana record we see he should have a win over Floyd but was robbed so based on that maybe his resume should be better than GGG's but because of boxing politics and who brings in the money Maidana didn't get the win.
However on the sheer type of fighter that Marcos is you cannot deny the fact that a world class fighter who is supposedly TBE should NEVER be struggling with this type of guy we all know deep down when Maidana comes into it he's like Rubio/Murray opponents nothing special a guy you're meant beat Golovkin dominated and stopped these type of opponents hell Amir Khan of all people made the prime version of Chino look pathetic he dominated him and almost stopped him yet little Fluid couldn't even make Chino take one step back
floyd ud 9-3/8-4 and most of ringside press scored it the same.....easy fight to score. having said that, maidana is a tough sob and i said that floyd would struggle adjusting to maidana before the fight due to the awkwardness. maidana almost stopped khan too btw. rubio and murray are complete utter **** compared to maidana.
p.s. lol@you just naming two of ggg's best wins to compare to maidana, while maidana probably isn't even a top 10 win on floyd's resume.Comment
