When Floyd retired Manny wasn't even fighting at welterweight, Williams moved up in 2008 and lost to Quintana in 2007 when He fought more known proven hall of famers ODLH and Hatton

Margarito lost to Williams in 2007 as well he had no momentum and ODLH was a more dangerous fight at a higher weight

Pac ducked Floyd??? Floyd is a known ducker....remember his retirement???? Didn't want any part of Williams, Margarito and an undefeated Cotto then he comes back and fights a lightweight. Remember Floyd saying he didn't want to fight Margarito because he had 4 losses and that was too many losses and he turns around and fights Baldomir who had like 11 losses.
