They make people do all kinds of weird things in crossfit, movements that can cause damage to your body if done frequently.

Crossfit has to be one of the most animalistic/caveman approaches to working out. They do all sorts of explosive exercises and throwing up is their idea of good results. There is a Crossfit by my area called Aggresive Crossfit lol ffs. That right there sums up Crossfit.

Since Crossfit, Robert has looked stiffer than he ever has. He moves like he is made out of cement nowadays. His movement looks tightened up.

Point is that he relies so much on his athleticism, and waiting things out could cost him, he's what? 27 yrs old? Started to show some wear and tear against Peterson.

Why go after a fighter you have no chance to beat? Danny is still making good money without fighting Floyd, plus he just moved up to 147, it would have been too soon.

A couple of years ago this would have been a worthy choice of opponents for Garcia. Today it is another Garcia cherry pick. Garcia will win but so what? Why didn't he fight Khan or Thurman or Porter instead of a shot Guerrero that Thurman already beat the hell out of? I think Garcia's champion days are over. He is young but he doesn't seem to have the courage and skill he had when he fought Khan and Matthysse.
