Granted you do things like this you can't be all that surprised if a dude is pissed & does things like back at you like this, but on the other side if you f#ck up someones **** you can expect them to take legal action against you either with the police or a civil trial like this too. There isn't a whole lot of surprises with this whole situation.

Idk about all the stuff with Canelo or Canelo's brother being the culprit, but it seems like someone woulda seen a red headed Mexican beating up a guy the size of a woman to be witness to this if it did go down like Solis is saying & the police are known for corrupt practices in Mexico so Canelo could have easily got this handled if he did do it with a nice lil payout to the right police official I'm positive.

How things work out in Mexican court is something I got no idea about so I'm kinda curious how this will all work out.

I don't think there is any evidence other then somebody busted him wide open. He ran straight to the cops and spent years trying to file criminal charges and trying to get Canelo arrested. Now years later after none of those criminal attempts worked now he is suing. All the stories I heard is nobody is stepping up as a witness and saying I saw Canelo do it. If anything there are witnesses saying the brother did it. Canelo's brother has already stepped in saying I'm the one who beat him. Now I personally don't buy it I think Canelo obviously beat him up but the point is he couldn't prove it enough to even get Canelo to face criminal charges. So how does he have enough evidence to get a dime in a lawsuit? And I will never feel sorry for a man who is cheating on his own wife and trying to mess with one of his boys girlfriend behind their back. That's a @ss whooping you deserved.

Alvarez should have settled outside of court, granted because of the amt it has to go to jury trial and can't be settled in small claims/magistrate.

Regardless Canelo needs to get lucky to not have to pay anything out, but at this point I'm sure he's gna have to give up some type of dough. Could have been a lot less if he would have paid without going to trial, will be interesting to see what the judgement is and how much he may have to dish out to ole boy.

Well at least this one gets Canelo in the news somehow as opposed to just hearing about that boring Tyson Fury fellow all the time now. Of course the only fight of Fury I've ever seen (just a few rounds until I got utterly frustrated and bored) is the last one with Klitschko. I never thought I could see a fight way more boring than the average Mayweather Jr. or Rigondeaux fight, but I stand corrected now.

No doubt Canelo is seemingly a cowardly bully (the one that seems to always pick on smaller opponents), but at least he is not a boring fighter, so I am glad he is back in the news, as opposed to that marathon runner Fury dude.
