IBF is a belt that takes mandatories seriously. everytime you see an IBF champ "ducking" and fighting "bums" it's because they'd lose their belt if they didn't.

They should have let him fight the rematch against Klitschko, but it kind of goes against everything because they won't collect near the sanctioning fees for a Glazkov - Martin fight that they would've for Fury-Wlad 2.

IBF is right doing this, Duva has a lot to do with this, she wanted to secure his fighter position for the "title"...although she was negotiating with Wilder for his next fight.
