well as long as kovalev coach says so. problem with this sentiment is kovalev is always the bigger guy when he fights people at 175 hes huge for 175 so that whole sentiment is ridiculous.

What is this based on - your opinion? Kovalev has yet to even add 15lbs on fight night and more often less than 10lbs. He's a legit LHW, stop making excuses for Ward. And if people call it a boring fight because Ward spends the majority of the fight trying to clinch & turn, then yeah it makes a boring ass fight.

from my view it wasnt a schooling it was a beating..he didnt act as a superior counter puncher..he acted as an ambush artist throwing multiple bombs then reloading..hopkins grew old, but doesnt mean hopkins would have ever beat him..hopkins has trouble with fighters that can up the tempo and keep it there///ward only the other hand has only had trouble with a nasty fighter like bika of he course of 12 rounds..then he adjusted and bashed up a nasty style froch with just one hand...

i really have to favor ward hear by UD but kovalev by stoppage is always in the realm of reality..

i dont see ward being teh sitting duck that hopkins selects to be by not throwing a jab and sitting in the corner attempting to set traps with his right hand or head..

btw i always felt bhop was strongly overrated..

he told max and wiley on espn that he was 180-185 just walkin around..he can easily make 168 there was just no need to..the man was weighin his options and without a ggg fight hbo has nothing for him at 168...these coward/racist commentors know that..but they only play the politics game/sensible game when it suits them....

hence ggg deserves a shot at floyd at 154 bc he asked for it, but lara needs to get in line for ggg at 160.....and i understand this breaks the politics bc lara is pbc, but that doesnt change the contradictions they made.
