Put it this way, if it was a non title fight between a prospect and a gatekeeper nobody would be asking for a rematch, it'd have been a "routine win"

however wlad was a dominant champion for many years so i feel he deserves another go

Didn't you have it close after 7/8 rounds?! Lol.

The only reason there is a rematch is due to the clause which Kltischko insists on in every contract. I'm surprised Wladimir has decided to take up the option given what happened, but also give him credit for wanting to atone for his defeat.

On purely boxing terms, and the one-sided nature of the fight, it doesn't deserve a rematch and I doubt there is much appetite for it.

Of course. Fury nullified Wlad's offence. But he barely landed a single fluid combination over the course of the entire fight. Did he even land a clean 1-2? Shows how deprived people have been of action at heavyweight if they think that is a dominant championship winning performance.

Funny how professional fighters scoring the fight had literally point between it, you don't win rounds by flicking a jab out and not landing its as simple as that.

Fury landed very little thoughout the entire fight. For the first half of the fight the rounds were being decided by one or two grazing shots. That's not clear superiority.

Fury only landed like 3 more punches per round than Wladimir did so.............

Doesnt matter if it warrants a rematch or not Wladimir is excersing his right to a rematch.l

Exactly as you say you can't claim a fight was dominant upon that type of performance, I just hope the rematch is actually entertaining this time around it was honestly the worst fight I've witnessed this year for a PPV.
