here is a question, will it be at a catch weight? I hope not.

I like Canelo to win by KO regardless of the weight being 155 or 160. Jacobs is certainly a dangerous threat but Canelo has a much better chin. Canelo has never been down and hasn't been hurt since Cotto's brother staggered the 19 year old 147 pound Canelo 6 years ago. Miguel Cotto hits very hard and his punches never hurt Canelo. Jacobs was dropped hard by light punching Mora. Jacobs was KOed by Pirog. Canelo hits with power, speed and accuracy with both hands in good combinations. He is a master of all the different punches. Jacobs is also a master of all the punches and hits with great speed, power and accuracy. It's a hell of a fight that could go either way but Canelo's much better chin put the odds in his favor.

Nice post w/ good points...I think if the fight is at 160 lbs (& it should be at 160) I feel that Jacobs has the upper hand Since he won't need to drain himself to make 155. I agree Canelo does have agood chin, however he will not be getting hit bya true welterwgt like Cotto, instead he will be getting hit by a true MIDDLEWGT! I feel Jacobs has good boxing skills & he can fight good from the outside...Great fight I hope it happens & the winner faces GGG.
