It doesn't matter what they think of his résumé, he's the best fighter at 160 and it's not close. Hopefully some guys comes up from 154 and Haymon and HBO start working together and maybe we get a Jacobs or Lara fight next year and shut some of these imbeciles up. It's mostly just because he's a few shades lighter then they root for anyway and that's the truth.

To who? His stamina was always questionable which led to a low punch output and limited agression. Nobody with a brain thought he was unbeatable.

What's funny is how people talk up Quillin, yet a fighter he drew with, Andy Lee, was considered a **** fight when Golovkin signed to fight him. And now Andy Lee is supposedly one of the good fights to make, too, despite calling it a **** fight last year.

Golovkin has like 4 or 5 Quillins on his resume already. People keep trying to use him to downplay Golovkin anyway, which is ridiculous.

Its haters man. It doesn't matter what he does, or who he faces, the ready made excuses for when he wins are already there. He could fight Andre Ward right now, beat him and people will have an excuse. They'll say Ward wasn't ready with those long layoffs, that he was never the same after shoulder surgery etc etc. They will never give him the credit he deserved.

These trolls will wait around until he eventually loses (like all fighters do) and then we will see 100 threads saying look I told you GGG was overrated.

This debate surrounding GGG's resume is ******ed. To my mind, his team have only ducked Ward, which was an incredibly difficult fight.

Other than that, the resume is as good as it could possibly be at this stage.

I get slamming a resume if a hyped fighter has clearly ducked a bunch of fighters. But he's been hugely ducked himself, and destroyed all the opposition brought to him.

So what are you idiots crying about?

the 160 division is wack, the fact that he spent his entire career dominating the division and still needs to wait on guys coming from jmw to get a defining win, that right there should tell you all you need to know, 160 isnt garbage, but is mediocre... even if canelo goes there and beats GGG, the rest will be mediocre for him too and he will also have to wait for the young guns coming from jmw...
