I was big on Kid Chocolate until his last couple of fights where there were weight issues and he made me feel as if he was no longer taking the sport seriously. Despite that, I would of lost money tonight because I would of never picked him to lose to Jacobs, let alone a 1st round stoppage. I've always thought Jacobs was good, but not elite because I saw flaws, but maybe Kid Chocolate wasn't elite either.

i hate when folks do that **** golovkin hasnt fought NEITHER and
they act like he did it STYLES MAKE FIGHTS golovkin wouldve NEVER been this aggressive with quillin bc quillin can CRACK
golovkin wouldve done the same thang he did against hard hitters and thats attack behind the JAB just like he did in the stevens fight and the lemieux fight
golovkin gets NO credit here his best level of opposition is a david lemiux who was already ko'd by marco antonio rubio who did a better job than golovkin did
golovkin is "recognized" by a machine that has an agenda as the "best middleweight" but never believed that and still dont when he aint fought the best in the division he tryna fight smaller fighters
his best win is DAVID LEMIEUX....
and golovkins 34 years old and he's chasing canelo who i think has a good chance to beat golovkin too bc of the STYLE canelo just wants an advantage which i do NOT agree with if its for the wbc TITLE.
but jacobs is a pretty big middleweight and came in at 159.5 he's a pretty big MW so golovkin has some thinking to do.
**** the time is ticking he aint no spring chicken he older than all the recognized world champs still in the sport besides stevenson and pacquiao and he still aint fight really nobody yet
he better get goin bc father time is undefeated and will take his reaction time and reflexes the longer he waits to fightComment

eubank doesnt deserve that shot
he gotta rematch billy joe saunders
andy lee i dont see as any problem really he was losing like his last 3 fights and he caught the other fighter and ref stopped he may have been losing almost every round of his last 2 fights before the quillin fight until he caught the opponent
i see nothing but the height that may trouble a 6'0 jacobs and jacobs is a TALL middleweight
i think golovkin is way too slow and no waist movement and barely any head movement his style is suitable to punch output fighters who are not powerful or fight on the back foot if lil ass curtis stevens can hit golovkin a much taller much faster even more powerful fighter who is more athletic than golovkin will cause him all kinds of problems.
does jacob have a shaky chin? yes golovkins reach and his height isnt formiddable to certain fighters when you look at STYLES
dacobs has a "3" inch reach advantage and 2 inches on golovkin he can stay out of range the only thang i see golovkin being successful at is the inside game
but i say jacobs beats golovkin pretty easy if he's in tip top shape somewhere like 8-4 7-5 with some knockdowns on both sides maybe
GGG fans fear Jacobs and wants him to fight Erislandy Lara instead
I can't wait til Jacobs permanently sends these punks to MMAComment

Erislandy Lara would be the best fighter to date that has faced golovkin and he is REALLY DISRESPECTFUL with what he been saying about golovkin and and abel sanchez. yet they dont want to fight him.
we all know golovkin wants NO part of Ward so thats off the table so who he gonna fight next? a rematch with somebody he beat before?
theyve been protectin dude for the longest and if the other side wasnt being sued BY THAT SIDE THEN A FIGHT COULD BE MADE WHICH THEY WONT WIN
al haymon is the most powerful man in the sport of boxing point blank period
and we can go back to golovkin fightin' the geales of the world while still being called the "best middleweight"
which was never true he just has a machine behind himComment

I do not think there should be a rematch. The writing was on the wall folks. You can tell his heart and soul were not in this game, for quite a while.
Could it be a weight making issue? Possibly. Maybe if he moved up to 168, Quillin would find life easier and get motivation back, but as I said before the fight, he looks at boxing as a 9-5 job, and you will fail by thinking like that.
What i do know is, the Quillin we have seen the past couple years, is not the same Quillin we saw a few years ago. He was hungry back then, and was a better fighter.Comment
