    why?
If both fighters agree to the weight there should be no problem.

They only need to be banned If someone is excessively having catchweight fights, that's fair right?
Hell guys like Canelo can still come in at 155lbs if they want just don't restrict the guys who want to come in at 160 to your draining tactic.
Only reason I mention Canelo is because he has been fighting at 155 for like 4/5 fights, you can't say that is right I can accept 1/2 but he's been fighting at that weight for far too long I accept what he has done is impressive but he needs to move up he clearly is struggling to make weight at 154.

He created his own weight class, and he's ducking the **** out of GGG.

CWs are okay of they make sense. In Canelo's case, its CLEARLY a tool to avoid another fighter. You'd have to be so far up Canelo's ass to deny this.

HE CREATED HIS OWN ****ING DIVISION!!!

Only for title fights & defenses I don't give a ***** if Canelo fights at 155 as long as he don't got a title....which he does & needs to fight at 160 ino

Okay then that does seem fair when you put it that way, I don't think any of the belt associations would have the brass to enforce that rule though.

What is funny to me is boxing clearly invented all of these super divisions for this exact situation that Mr.Alvarez is in, you outgrow your weight class so instead of having to gain 14lbs you only have to gain half and in some cases less than that - he has essentially no excuse to not move up he might even find out that he has been holding his performance back because of this draining tactic.

Yeah man I like Canelo is the thing but you gotta call it like it is with this, he has been outweighing a lot of those guys at 154lbs and those have been his primary feeding ground even with Cotto, Cotto came in as a Super Welterweight lol.

I don't believe this whole "we're not ready for MW!" his body looks a hell of a lot mature to me, he looked MASSIVE against Cotto.
