There was an era which just passed which featured 3 of the biggest welterweights I've ever seen in my life. Paul Williams, Antonio Margarito and Joshua Clottey were huge for 147 and they all stuck around long enough in the class to make an impact. Juan Urango was another one around that same weight as well.
Currently I'd say Jermall Charlo is a pretty big 154 and I could well see him mixing with 168's before his career is over.

damn, shame paul williams had to experience such tragedy .
the rest are only borderline big.

Well, I'd disagree with 'borderline big'. I think there's a difference between 'tall' and 'big'. Margarito was a big welterweight imo and Clottey was just a big piece of muscle who could sweat down to 147.
If you just mean tall then we can include Celestino Caballero who was nearly six feet tall and spent most of his career as a featherweight. He was literally all arms and legs.
