Peter Quillin and Manny Pacquiao got the same bump on their right hand

I noticed Peter Kid Chocolate quillin has the same type of lump on his right hand that Manny Pacquiao has.

I heard this is from bad hand wrapping and hitting the heavy bag full blast.

Does anyone know exactly what they are? I heard they are fatty cysts, A lot of body builders over these on their back or legs, you can see it when they get extremely ripped.

fast forward to 1:30 seconds of the video and you can see it.

Pac has it on his right hand here

That's exactly what it is, a cyst. My Pops had one for about a few years until we told him it was creeping everyone out and he got it drained.

I've had them twice on finger joints from bodybuilding (irritating the joint). Both must have broke when pushing some heavy weight because they disappeared at some point.

I usually see those small bumps on bodybuilders during shows, they have them on their back or calves or legs and thighs, is that from the fluid that those fatty cysts appear?

I think Pac and Peter lumps are hard, so they can't use a syringe to drain them. Its similar to cauliflower ear, wrestlers have to drain it immediately or the fluid becomes hard and builds up and can't be removed anymore.

When I was BBing I only occasionally saw them on BBers. When your skin is thin as fabric from having no bodyfat, clogged pores and anomalies really stand out. I have a lump on one of my ribs that I could never see normally.

The things on my fingers though were hard and I think that's what Pac has on his wrist. Someone told me to slam a book on it (Mexican home remedies, lol) and that only aggravated it. Then, I was doing 120lb dumbell shrugs one night and later noticed it was gone. Same with the 2nd one years later. After a heavy bag session, it was gone.

Maybe you were taking some supplements that helped remove them and didn't know or some foods you were eating?

Yeah thats the only time you see Cysts or knots on bodybuilders is when they are on stage with the dark tan and their body fat is super low.
