Smart move, Quillin has had issues making weight, he said he was going to 168 then all the sudden that changed

Figured Quillin for a dirty cheat and this proves that he is. I'm glad Jacobs stood his ground. Quillin is going to get smashed in the ring because he will be drained and he is just not as good as Jacobs is.

Anything less then 24/7/365 testing is garbage anyway, but if you wanna do a testing procedure for a specific fight I think you wanna have it decided on when you agree to the fight. I think you'd wanna test that first day the fight is on too. ****** to agree to a fight in September or w/e & not test til November. Whats the point?
