Glazkov will become a paper champion and defend his title in Russia... Believe me, they have no intention of unifying the belts if Glazkov becomes champion. They just want to get the most money out of him in Russia, where his apparently very popular. In some ways that's the promoters job, to get the most money out of a fighter. In other ways it's a ***** move.

Glazkov will never be considered a respected champion, much like Arthur Abraham and Nikolai Valuev before him.
