Brook's stabbing didn't prevent a summer fight with Khan. Brook was back in training by the end of 2014, fought his mandatory in March and was ready for a summer fight with Khan. Stop making up excuses. Khan b1tched out and refused to negotiate.



Khan could have asked for that but he b1tched out of negotiations. He refused to discuss the Brook fight lol.

And it's better to pull out if you have an injury than to get flattened like Khan and make a laundry list of excuses as to why you lost.

Khan was returning in May and he wasn't going to change that for nobody. When they were talking about it the year before khan was fine about the May date, not March, not April, not June, not July but May.

Next year the fight will still sell, but now we Fury, Degale, Frampton et al.

Straight after Ramadan? Try 8 weeks after! And that was only because that was Mayweathers last fight that he was willing to be flexible for him!

The date that brooks team offered was 4 days before Ramadan begun! The guy would have gone through a gruelling training camp, then have a fight and straight into Ramadan and not let his body recover.

June 6th and June 13th. Hearn had already booked them, he talked about it a few times in his IFL interviews.
