It's Mathews who'll feel the pain. Flanagan has come on a lot since then. Derry gets battered, much like he was in the fight with Tommy Coyle, but this time he won't find a hail mary shot to turn it all around. Flanagan by the midway mark.

I didn't like the way Flanagan won his title, but he proved his legitimacy against Magdaleno.

Derry is going to get battered.

I remember they fought in the Prizefighter tournament. From what i remember it was a bit of a non fight as Matthew's face had suffered cuts in the previous fight, that opened up straight away in the Flanagan fight?

I think this would of been a good fight a year or 2 back when Matthews returned to the sport and had some momentum. I feel Matthews is at the end of his career now though, while Flanagan has improved from those days and is no longer green.

Matthews' does have a punchers chance as they say, but Flanagan is too switched on to walk into a shot.
I can't see past Flanagan in this one.
