i still dont get why people think fury looked so bad. he was feinting and angling wlad to death. I mean fury obviously could be better but for his size he boxed wlads ass off.

Its like people dont realize what fury was doing is the reason wlad couldnt get off i just dont get it. People are talking like fury won because wlad forgot how to box or something.

Like fury is a weird style its way better then it looks i mean fury controlled distance he kept wlad at bay with feints and he landed jabs at perfect time to stop wlad in his tracks. Im sick of these idiots trying to say fury won by default when he is the reason wlad looked so bad. I also dont get how people were bored i mean were talking about one of the greatest hw reigns in history a major underdog that everyone been making fun of for years boxing wlads ass off and people were bored? I mean if u were not entertained by that fight maybe boxing is not for you.

I get it the fight was slow but there was so much more going on just the drama of it all whether or not fury could win decision everything whether wlad would land one his vaunted rights win dramatic ko. i swear tho some boxing fans dont pay attention to feints angles distance control i swear some boxing fans see one thing thats if a punch lands or not. Its frustrating and its not good for the sport in my opinion that people are only entertained by certain styles

      Klitschko was finally exposed

I have been an undying fan of both the klitschkos for years now (I first watched Wlad Punch himself out with Ross Puritty). The pre-Emanuel-Steward-Wlad was offensiver and more KO-efficient than the post Emanuel-Steward-Wlad in my opinion (despite KO-loss to Corrie Sanders (which is no real disgrace for the effective-punching-power of then Corrie Sanders) and the punched-himself-out-knockout through the fists of Lamon Brewster).
After Emanuel Steward took over the reigns, my boxing-hero in Wladimir Klitschko became what we all have perceived and witnessed in Wladimir: the boring, take-no-risks, no killer intinct and one-sided (Jab, clinch, right cross clinch, left hook clinch) "clinchko". As the Boxers (Tyson Fury and Wlad) were being announced last Saturday, I thought to myself "Klitschko ist going to be exposed and lose". Although Fury didn't fight as one of the greats in boxing history, he did expose all of the flaws Klitschko has been collecting while hiding behind his guard and his clinching and being afraid to get hit. I was not only disappointed with Wlad on Saturday. I have been dissappointed for years now. With a guy his size, I expect brutal knockouts and not a Chris Byrd like pitter-patter

The reason they lay all the blame on Vlad is because they don't get what Fury was doing. They literally can't see it.

Totally agree! The feints, angles, head movement, pivots and control of distance was superb by Fury. He knew exactly how to out move and out think Wlad, using all of the above to STOP Wlad from throwing shots by not letting him settle like he needs to. Fury executed the game plan perfectly. Wlad was never in his comfort state to throw the shots like he usually - that is BECAUSE OF WHAT FURY WAS DOING!

People massively underestimate his skills and boxing brain because he is a bit of a joker and runs his mouth to hype fights. What they don't / can't appreciate is that he's made huge improvements over the years and for a 6'9 guy, he uses his size, speed and footwork incredibly well.

He has just caused a massive upset, and won arguably 10 rounds against a 9 year reigning champ in his HOME town to win the world title. Incredible performance, even if it wasn't the most "exciting" fight. So called 'boxing fans' need to actually learn about boxing before making ****** statements which highlight their complete lack of understanding for the sport.

            Peace!

Who has ever looked better than Fury against Klitschko in the past 10 years?
Having said that, the rematch will be better. I realy think both men will perform better in the rematch and both will throw more punches. But fury still wins it.
I for my part cant wait to see it!All these years i hoped someone would dethrone Klitschko and it finally happened! I was so happy that night!

no doubt man theres just something about fury where he looks less coordinated then he really is. hes more mobile, faster everything then he looks. Your eyes fool you a lot when your watching fury fight

Heavyweights are a diluted weak division of bums

The current heavyweight division is like a coffee filter that has been refilled 10 times and all that is left is diluted coffee with no taste or flavor. There is no talent in the heavy division just a bunch of clowns that couldn’t play the big sports and make a name for themselves average athletes with average ability who happen to box.

The Klitfans I guess will never catch on. Yeah, he could do this, do that, do alotta things... except he CAN'T. Seriously, the guy is toast. Remember the Rocky movie where Sly stopped running on the beach? It's over? It's over. But hey, he'll get a jumbo paycheck for being made a fool of. So there's that.
