by that logic, ALL of the belts are just "scraps" that have been left behind multiple times by multiple people.

Wladimir's reign started by beating Byrd for scraps that Lennox Lewis was paid to throw in the garbage.

The WBO belt was thrown in the garbage by Corrie Sanders because the WBC belt was considered so much more important that WBO champions would vacate for the chance to fight for a vacant WBC title.

WBA lineage has been broken twice in the last decade.

And Wlad went on to make those titles legit by defending those titles against top ten comp so you can't complain about his reign when he beat most of the best fighters in his division.

But based on the fact that the ABC organizations don't rank every fighter you have guys like Berto fighting part time police officers for titles. I can't really consider that a legit reign. Especially considering he defended that title successful against top ten comp zero times.
