The Amateur Record of 31 Champions

I don't know much about Donald Curry but he had an amazing amateur record.

Curry was regarded by many as P4P #1 before losing the Welterweight championship to Lloyd Honeyghan.

foreman only had 20 something fights total. He won the gold metal less than 2 years after his first amateur fight

strange thing is i used to see all kinds of "pacquiao never had an am career, he was just skin and bones when he became pro out the gate" seems he did his thing early.

oh and kid chocolate REALLLY doesnt know the meaning of a loss.

              he turned pro at 16.

in a poor third world country.

he didn't move to a big city til 14-15.

what kind of am career you think he had?

not exactly golden gloves, olympic level training.

of course not lol. but third world or not beating 60 individuals before turning pro isnt too bad. i would think they were all about the same level of training. i had just always figured he never had much of an am career. like he just walked into a gym, picked up a pair of gloves and went pro.
