  • Comments Thread For: Haye: Won't Face Me or Wilder? Shows Who Fury Really Is

David Haye believes Tyson Fury is running scared but warns the new world heavyweight champion financial reasons could force a bout between the two eventually.

Fury became the WBA, WBO, IBO and IBF king on Saturday when he shocked Wladimir Klitschko on points in Dusseldorf - and his victory prompted the likes of Haye and WBC champion Deontay Wilder to express their interest in fighting him in 2016.

oh give me a break haye, fury personality dont let him be scared. not to mention after ur 2 pull outs the first of which seemed ridiculous that close to the fight and the second one was an injury u had for years after of which u said u will never sign to fight fury again. those 2 pull outs were shady as hell even the shoulder one considering it was same inury he had when he signed to fight him. the cut over his eye was even worse tho letting that happen so close to the fight was beyond shady and regardless if both were legit or not its hard to blame fury for feeling like haye just used the fight build ups to get his name in the press.

if haye honestly believes fury is scared to fight tho hes flat out ******. I really hope fury keeps his word and at the very least makes haye earn his title shot. Fury will prob end up losing the title but regardless he should never fight haye. The real fight now is fury joshua as far as united kingdom goes

Haye should be quiet until/if he gets into a mandatory position.

If he's going to make statements like this he should at least fight some good solid fighters 1st and try to get a mandatory spot which hopefully is what he'll do. I completely understand why Fury wouldn't want to fight him after the year of his career he lost waiting for the last Haye fight. For me, Haye would struggle massively to get inside and land anything big against Fury especially after the 3 year layoff he's just had, Fury's footwork would allow him to stay in the right range to win this on points without taking any massive risks, and if Haye actually tried to throw big bombs I think he could potentially be KO'd as he tries to land the big shots. By the time Fury vs Haye would actually happen Haye would also be probably degrading whilst Fury will continue improving due to their respective ages.

I'd like to see him fight Klitschko in Summer 2016 at wembley, then early 2017 fight a top 10 contender, before moving on to fighting Joshua and Wilder depending on if they are both still unbeaten.

For me, Fury has the ability to win all of them fights but its hard to measure how good Joshua is so tougher to call that one. But for me he beats Wilder on points although will probably have to weather a few storms in that fight.

In Haye's deluded mind the British public are clamouring to see him vs De Mori hahaha
