What WBC rules says about Canelo-GGG situation?

We know that Mauricio Sulaiman said before Cotto-Canelo fight that winner will have 15 days untill he decides to fight with GGG or vacate the belt.

But what WBC rules says about it? What's their position?

I don't think these sanctioning bodies have to many rules, these sanctioning bodies are also controlled by the promoters, they're gonna do whatever they have to do to get the highest sanctioning fee possible, sometimes they would say stuff before fights to hype up fights and then retract their statements after the fight. They said Canelo has 15 days to decide if he wants to keep the title and fight GGG at 160 lbs or vacate, let's see if they will be able to enforce this.
