    How far does a ko punch need to travel ?

    How far does a ko punch need to travel ? I've heard Ray Robinson ,Tyson and Joe Louis could KO people with less then 6'inches of room

    I guess is depending on your arm length. Shorter hands requires less room longer hands need more.

      yeah true.. what i mean is what is the least room needed for a normal build man [6'feet tall or under] to ko a person....can you build enough power within 6' to knock a man out ?

        No doubt-- The short hooks are more compact and contain much more power so as they land on the opponents face or body the force is released perfectly-- When a long jab or straight punch is thrown most of the power is gone by the time the punch lands
