    pros use pillow bag gloves

why do pros use pillow 20oz winning gloves on bag work?
why do every brand market bag gloves if sparring gloves offer more protection?/

I believe the padding is different and wrist protection varies.

But when you hit the bag over time the cushion compresses more and you don't really want to be hitting your sparring partners with them especially if you're a professional training for a fight against lesser guys as sparring partners.

Or say you're hitting a bag that has some dirt or grime on it, you don't want to hit your sparring partner in the face with that either.

If you wanna work on actual punch technique smaller gloves are better on the bag

But if you just wanna bust your ass cardio-wise, big gloves make it extra painful to keep landing crisp punches, so not a bad workout

lastly... most pro fighters hands are completely ****ed and probably break from a strong gust of wind so bag gloves that work for a casual boxing gym visitor might not work for floyd or calzaghe

Gloves has nothing to do with punch technique , it's called proper technique that's what delivers the proper punch

uh yeah, which you need to develop by punching something

smaller gloves give you more feedback on a bag
