Golovkin should just go ahead and retire. Nobody will ever beat him and nobody can ever think about beating him. Just having the thought of Golovkin losing in your head, is blasphemy

When Gennady sends Lara to Mars, "but but Lara was a JMW!!" "Gennady stay fighting bums yo!" "Angulo knocked Lara down!!"

Yeah, but it's also easy to prop up Lara as the guy that will beat Golovkin when they know Golovkin has his eyes set on bigger things at middleweight with his mandatory position and doesn't even care about Lara, not to mention possible complications with HBO/K2/Haymon. I mean, no disrespect to Lara but fighters at 154 don't even have their eyes set on him. People don't view him as the best at 154 or else he would actually dominate his division but he hasn't - draw against Molina, draw against Vanes, loss to Canelo, life and death fight with Angulo. You'd think he's a bigger Mayweather the way people talk about him on NSB.

Regardless, my opinion, and maybe I'm the minority here, but I'd actually like to see Lara fight at middleweight once or twice rather than going straight into a Golovkin fight. It would be better for both guys - for Lara he can test the waters, try to beef up a little, which will help his chances, and for Golovkin - if he beats Lara after Lara gets one or two decent/good wins at middleweight it will be a better win versus beating a guy who only moved up for him. That's true for most cases - look at Andre Ward, he's being smart by fighting a few times at 175 before fighting Kovalev (yet Ward criticizes Golovkin for not moving up directly into a Ward fight but that's another topic).

This is spot on. I want the Lara fight, it's just ridiculous when people say Gennady is ducking etc.

He can take a couple fights at 160 then go for Gennady.

How are relations with K2 and Haymon anyway? I remember after the Monroe fight (maybe before) K2 said they were willing to work with Haymon.

Funny how that works. Lara has fought more times at MW than Canelo yet you guys are having a heart attack and it hasn't even been a week yet lol

I know, I know, "But Golovkin is the mandatory doe"

I still got to laugh lol

You just pray Lara doesnt fight GGG because Nelo arguably lost to Lara/had an extremely close fight while GGG would just body him within 4 rounds.

If you want that fight tell DeCubas to stop just talking smack on Twitter and instead ask Haymon to contact K2 to negotiate a fight.

As if Lara wants to fight GGG, he wants to use GGGs fame because Lara is one boring mofo with no fans.
