Whenever I hear Quillin talk I always feel like he picked the wrong profession. He doesn't seem to have that boxers mentality or attitude or w/e that thing is that gets people to the point he's at right now (Jacobs actually comes across a lot like that to tbh). He seems like a cat who's done great in boxing, but its not suited to his true nature or his own best attributes & that he's a guy who'll be making his best impact when he's 40 or 50 or something.

I hope Jacobs knocks his head into the 1st row.

The WBA mandated Quillin/Jacobs vs Eubank/O'Sullivan for next. I doubt Eubank takes it though.

Saunders said if he beats Lee, he'll need 18 months before he'd fight Golovkin.

Al Haymon paid Lee $1.5mill to fight Quillin, that's probably more than he'll get to fight Golovkin next year if they do fight.
He can probably get as much if not a little more fighting Canelo or GGG. Especially if he fights either one on that proposed doubleheader that the WBC president wants to do for pay per view.

Your probably right about Eubank. Who knows? All I know is the options are getting smaller for both Quillin and Jacobs.

Quillen is a ducking coward. He will need to die, comeback to life, and win by a stunning KO to regain credibility at this point.

Every time Quillin has a fight coming up he says the same exact stuff. "Inspire" "Inspiration".

The majority of the best Middleweight fighters in the world are with HBO and are not with Al Haymon. Canelo, GGG, Cotto, David Lemieux, etc....are making way more money than Quillin or Jacobs are with other promotions that are signed to HBO.

I might be wrong but I believe the Andy Lee/Saunders both stated that they want GGG next.

Also from a business perspective they probably both make way money fighting GGG or Canelo than they would fighting the Quillin/Jacobs winner.

It should be interesting to see where they both go after this fight.
Quillin said he moving to 168 after this fight, If Jacobs wins he fight Chris Eubank Jr

Whats the point with this article? Quillins a non-factor at MW, i dont see the point in giving media coverage bcuz, win or lose, hes just gonna go bk to being a nonfactor. Its not like hes gonna face any of the top guys after Jacobs...if he was he wouldve did it already.

Quillen has fought better comp than GGG

People keep calling Quillen a coward need to look at his resume his top 3 opponents are Jacobs, Ndiam, and Lee. GGG top three have been Lemieux, Stevens, Murray. So the edge in quality opponents goes to Quillen. We'll see if they ever fight but Sanchez GGG trainer even said Quillen is there biggest threat in the division which is what I've always thought. I still give GGG the edge just because he's the better boxer but if Quillen continues to improve his boxing ability then who knows.
