It says here that is has to be published by a third party (TMZ, Boxingscene), has to be false (Jin Mosley apparently can prove what he said is false), and harm you in some type of way, like your reputation (Jin Mosley's reputation has been harmed). It doesn't seem like it has anything to do specifically with business.
