its tough to say but if i use google trends just to see how popular a search is in the US, soccer and Golf surpasses boxing (significantly). boxing is probably in the top 10 sports in the US. not sure about Money however, just popularity i guess.

I'd say no. Hockey and golf are probably bigger, though I can't say for certain because I'm not sure. Football definitely is (rest of the world football).

Nah. You could probably add Hockey, Golf, Soccer, MMA, Auto Racing. Hell maybe even Horse Racing, in terms of popularity. No clue about money, though.
