Really hope we're all wrong and Spence is part of this tournament. I think he has a great chance to beat any of the current PBC welterweights right now, but they seem to act like he's not a big enough name for them yet. This tourney would force them to fight him.

With no title on line until the finals the WBC going sell tournament fights to highest bidding network and with manny and Bradley being tied down by exclusive deals and manny supposedly retiring after next fight not realistic for them to take part

No Shawn Porter (Understand his already fighting Thurman for a belt)

Well those no name mfers are getting the 8th spot so my assumptions on who's gonna be in this tournament above.

Here's who I got who's likely (imo) going to be in it:

Danny Garcia
Lamont Peterson
Robert Guerrero
Konstantin Ponomarev
Ray Robinson
Sammy Vasquez Jr
Charles Manyuchi
& then whoever wins between those two no name guys

Sincerely doubt that Bob Arum allows for Ponomarev to take part in a title tournament where it's unlikely that Top Rank would get to control a single fight (especially when Top Rank is already positioned with the WBO belt)
