If Danny never took the Paulie fight and this would have been his first fight at WW it would have been cool, but Paulie then Ghost back-to-back isn't a good look. Unfortunately Ghost just doesn't seem to have it anymore like he use to, though he does still have a ton of heart and will give it his all.

Danny's career choices since Lucas have been head-scratching.

Like a lot of you already said the idea of the two dads in the pre-fight build up is awesome, but it's not like we're gonna get an uncensored showtime all-access type show where they are cussing each other out. We might get something like that but it will definetly be toned down for this FOX fight.

These are two names that casuals might have heard of where as Porter/Thurman probably aren't as known outside of those who follow the sport closely. Us hardcores know which fight is the better match-up but PBC wants the best ratings they can get for their first FOX show.

It's a decent fight, Not going to get too excited about but the Dads should be awesome and I'll definitely be watching. In a year span Garcias fought Lamont, Paulie & Guererro that's not to bad.

I find it funny that everyone is quick to diss Danny about facing Paulie & Guerrero since moving up but I never read 1 comment about Crawfords choices since moving up.

if he keeps winning Dannys already proved he won't have a problem facing the best in the Div.

Are you serious over 2 years ago after Lucas fight fans were calling and demanding him to fight p4p fighters like Manny and floyd. At the very least the top welterweights. Fast forward going on 2 and a half years and we talking about him fighting Peterson not welterweight and who was already kod by lucas, and two faded shot welterweights. Still wont fight any top welterweights. Spin it how you want this fight is pointless and his career is going backwards.

Lucas fans?!?....there's enough of them to make DEMANDS?!?...why would THEY demand for Swift to fight ANYBODY besides their guy?!?....I know there was plenty of cats in that particular base who still feel a bit salty about Swift beating Lucas up the way he did....he outboxed him in a manner that they said he couldn't do....he autographed Lucas's orbital bone and dropped him late....so some of those cats who ride that train is just suffering from post traumatic stress disorder

Dannys shown that he'll fight the best out there , and fights people most thought he wouldn't

He jumped up in weight and is easing himself in, Have you made the same complaints about Crawford who since he moved up fought 2 nobodies probably not

In a span of 11 months he's fought Lamont / Paulie / Guerrero that's not bad. Who in the last year will have faced a better 3 opponets ?

Danny won over so many fans after the Lucas fight. But how many fans has he lost since with bad match ups? The type of opponents we were asking for over 2 years ago he hasn't delivered. I feel bad for the kid because haymon is taking him backwards. And literally wasted 2 years of his prime.

I hope the Ghost puts a beating on this overrated club fighter. Garcia is crap. He has no personality, just solid/good skills, and is just a big strong kid. He should 100% have 2 losses for sure (Peterson & Herrera) and other than the Lucas win...he has not impressed whatsoever. I think Khan would whip him in a rematch and I think the Ghost will put hands all over him and rough him up. Unless the Ghost is truly shot, Garcia does not have the power to stop or seriously hurt the Ghost I think. We will see but I hope someone finally gives this kid a loss because he is not elite and not a superstar. He won't last at 147.

and yet u probably didnt say a word about the rios bradley fight even tho rios and guerrero are same type of fighters as far as shot brawlers that are a name. if people complained both ways i would take these type complaints more serious
