Canelo fans should want the GGG fight next

I think it'll happen in September 2016. Doubt they do it anytime soon. I expect Canelo to vacate the WBC belt, fight against Andy Lee for his belt (Lee would probably prefer Alvarez as a bigger payday), then fights GGG in Sept 2016 in a WBC/WBA/IBG/Ring/Lineal superfight at 158-160 pounds.

After ODL reaction to Cotto letting them strip him I don't see that happening. He wouldn't have made those comments if he knew his guy was about to do the same thing. Maybe they make a deal to let Canelo have one defense but he's not giving up the title IMO.

Canelo weighs just as much as GGG when they enter the ring. Why can't each fighter just come in at whatever weight they want, as long as it's at the official MW weight limit??? And yeah, i already know a CW's coming.

I agree but I'm not blind to the reality of the situation that Canelo is the A side and will force GGG to meet him at a weight that's better for Canelo. I don't think it will be 155 but it won't be 160.
