I personally thought he was outclassed. 117 - 111 Canelo easy win.
Green k. Warriors come out and play yeah.

Fight went exactly as I said it would. Cotto came out and danced and tried to potshot Canelo but once he felt the power he was on that bicycle and backing up.
Lol at Roach's interview during the fight, what the hell was he watching? He thought Cotto was backing him up but the only time Canelo moved back was to try and set up a counter.

Where else can he turn really for the next big fight. There's nobody at 154 that brings him a big fight. Nobody else at 160 apart from GGG.

Unless Floyd comes out of retirement or they try to con people with a Cotto rematch, i can't see where else he can go.
The only other fight I can see is if Bradley moves up and fights Canelo but it probably would have to be at a catch weight which I'm not a fan of...

I'm not here to tell you that I was right but...........I told you, styles makes fights, Canelo won, it was a mismatch from the beginning.

Great fight. Canelo won by 3 rounds. He should have won, he was so much bigger. I give Cotto credit his skill made the fight competitive even though he was the much smaller guy absorbing the bigger impact from the blows and was overmatched in weight. Canelo's defense has improved, he nullified the Cotto left hook. Even though he lost I have the most admiration for Cotto's guts and toughness. Canelo should fight GGG at 159.

He can only get away with that against a Margarito type, but GGG is a much more skilled come forward fighter.

Canelo has a bit of Floyd in him, with his defense and one punch pot shots. I don't think he will win, but it will be interesting.
I think the most intriguing part in GGG-Canelo is not who wins. It is whether or not Canelo survives to see a decision.

This was a easy fight for canelo. Cotto on his bike all night still got out boxed but at least better then getting put to sleep that's why he ran. Lol
