I think he is...Pretty boy will retire undefeated with the top names on his resume
he will definately be in the hall of fame mainly because he has won 4 titles in 4 different weight classes, with atleast 1 or 2 more classes in my opinion to go.
I dont see him retiring undefeated though, sooner or later age will take it's toll like on any great fighter and if he's not smart it will catch him. I dont see any fighters now that will do anything to him but there will be in the next 3 or 4 years once the younger top prospects come up.
I hope to see him in atleast 3 fights a year all being top fighters.
He will definately be considered one of the best pound for pound fighters of all time and already is.

When he beats an opponent of Oscar De La Hoya and Shane Mosley's caliber, I believe the IBHOF will indict him for sure, no doubt. Only way I think he could remain undefeated, would be by retiring at a decent age, and while his skill are still sharp. Due to his mastery in boxing, Mayweather will continue to be good when age slows him down.

i'd like to see him clean up 140 and 147, and then we'll talk about the hall of fame.

if mcguigan made it to the hall of fame, then it's almost a crime if floyd mayweather jr. isn't inducted. the big problem is he hasn't beaten an established, dominant champion yet at any weight division.

a fantastic fighter but i think he's wasting his time a bit the past few years.
