Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino, Las Vegas - WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley and Jessie Vargas had a very heated confrontation at ringside on Saturday night.

The two fighters faced each other earlier this year, with Bradley winning a twelve round decision. There was a lot of controversy with Vargas clipping Bradley in the closing moments and having him in serious, but the referee accidently thought he heard the final bell and stopped the fight a few seconds early.

A rematch isn't needed, not unless Vargas works his way to one. I'm surprised that Vargas isn't embarrassed with his performance to be honest.

My thoughts exactly. Vargas had one good moment in the fight and that was it. Vargas should know that Bradley is not going to give him a rematch unless Vargas goes on a significant winning streak and claims a belt or two.

Other than this a rematch is hardly warranted. Vargas got schooled for 11 1/2 rounds.

Jesse Vargas had his ass handed to him for 11 rounds. I would see that fight again, but when you lose 11 rounds it kinda means you might be fighting above your level.

He didn't knockout bradley lol, not even close. He hit him with a good shot yeah- his best shot, but Bradley's chin was better.
