Ramirez looks better and better with each fight. I think he's ready for the Abraham-Murray winner. It was also a bonus that Bradley and Boom Boom Mancini were commentating.

Good performance against an awkward opponent. I think he's ready for a title shot. I mean he's got 34 fights If he's not ready now then he'll never be.

I think with proper training he can be ever better.

I think he definitely needs more seasoning, especialy defensively. I think Murray is going to beat Abraham and I think Murray gives Ramirez a ton of problems. But if Abraham does win that fight, I'd probably make it. Like Grevorg, Abraham doesn't throw a lot of punches and maybe Ramirez can outhustle him, but Abraham, on the rare occasions that he does decide to actually punch, does have a very solid shot.

I actually believe Khatchikian stung Ramirez a couple of times and I also believe that you don't prepare yourself for a title fight by fighting European club fighters. I also have a question. How does a fighter from Europe that has never fought in North America before tonight fight for a NABF title? You see I actually remember when the NABF as well as the USBA belts were actually meaningful belts. Someone also remind Boom Boom that he was watching a Super Middleweight fight and Canelo isn't going to a fight a 6'2" SM anytime in the near future.

He said that's why many Mexican fighters either don't go to am's or have short amateur career. I imagine that is why so many of them have so many pro fights, they use the pro career to learn boxing while earning.

Yes, that's why you never hear of any Mexican amateurs winning medals or titles. Nobody good is fighting as an amateur. Many turn pro in junior high.

Ramirez holds a #2 ranking with the WBA, so surely his best option is a challenge to Fedor Chuinov for now.
