    Yes Haskins is now the full IBF world champion, he has been elevated from interim champion. Quite right, he did his job and made weight while Caballero would not have even made weight for the division above...

            How many of those fights from other promoters had to be cancelled though?

            That's two cancellations from Golden Boy this year. Not a good look for them.

                Honestly I much rather the fight canceled then someone get hurt or a fight tainted. The fight still going on other cards speaks to fighters being pressured by promoters, managers, trainers to get in the ring with a huge disadvantage.

                                You really gotta feel for Haskins here. No boxer ever wants to win in this kind of fashion. The IBF need to really throw the book at Caballero!
