    He weighed more than the division above. Surely there has to be a bigger penalty than that having his title vacated. Thats pretty extreme imo...

      That is a joke by Caballero. Not even close to super bantamweight never mind bantamweight. Haskins should get a rehydration limit imposed or refuse to fight. As interim champ he would be immediately elevated to full world champion

                    Wow, Canelo looks like a tank.

                    Side note, Canelo is not much bigger than Cotto. GTFOH with that excuse. Dude may be a single inch taller. He decides to hydrate up to 170 cause he CAN. Cotto can as well but it wouldn't help his gameplan.
