Martin Murray’s world title fight against Arthur Abraham is unlikely to be shown in Manchester.

The St Helens super middleweight travels to Germany this weekend to take on the WBO champion as he bids to become a global ruler at the fourth time of asking.

On the same night, like Murray, Anthony Crolla fights WBA lightweight champion Darleys Pérez for the world title in a rematch, live on Sky Sports.

Suppose it makes sense, but this stuff must get frustrating for the UK guys.

Murray is a good honest fighter, anyone/anywhere, dude will do anything to get an opportunity. Those type of guys are the backbone of boxing.

Wish him all the very best.
