Yeah I think they got rights on him after the Tapia fight. TR signed off the contract for the Liam Smith fight, but it was Soro who didn't sign the deal for some reason.

Afterwards, Soro/TR came to an agreement to fight Austin Trout, but then Trout backed out for another opportunity (maybe the WBC tournament?)
