could contend right now
From what I've seen, Paul Williams could contend right now, but there's no big hurry. Some people think that he needs to use his jab more, but I don't see anything wrong with the way he fights. Just because he's tall and rangy that doesn't mean that he has to stay outside all the time and run from shorter guys. He's a human windmill of a fighter and his conditioning kills guys in there. If he was lazy and eating fattening foods all the time he would be a middleweight by now, but the guy trains down to stay at 147. He's a monster at welterweight, a little bit like Tommy Hearns but with more inside fighting ability and less 1 punch knockout power. I think he will be a champion some day, and I wouldn't be surprised if he wins titles at more than 1 weight.Comment

Oh ya id have to agree man, but say in 2-3 years could he contend with the like of PBF, Hatton, Margo etc? I think he could and will, dude is still Young as **** with 29 fights under his beltComment
