i have a feeling that they won't fight, i think that haymon wouldn't sign rigo because frampton is younger and more marketable and by having both of them they'd have to fight, which could be bad for frampton; so now that rigo is with rn, there is really no pressure for haymon to risk losing a moneymaker with basically no reward.

Lol...so Haymon has tried to sign Rigo twice now but he really didn't want to?

"Lol...so Haymon has tried to sign Rigo twice now but he really didn't want to?"

What i said is what i think, the first tried haymon tried to sign him, the second time was a desperate attempt by caribe as rigo had lost a belt and was in the way of losing another, haymon could have signed him for 5 bucks, but at that time he already had frampton, younger and more marketable, so i think it doesn't make sense for haymon to sign rigo being that he has frampton at 122 and panty cruz at 126, why risk any of them to an old fighter with very little reward?

But what you're saying goes against all logic. That seems to be par for the course with Rigo fans though. Haymon has tried to sign him on more than one occasion.

don't think it's against logic, all the contrary, makes perfect business sense for haymon; he tried to sign him before having frampton, now with frampton and panty cruz, rigo would be more a risk than a reward for haymon financially.

He tried to sign him after too. He tried to sign him but you're saying he didn't want to. Like I said, Rigo fans go against logic - it's always someone else's fault.

obviously we have different opinions, just that opinions, fact is none of us knows what went on in negotiations or what haymon thinks about the whole deal.
i also think that most of the fault lies with rigo, but that is just an opinion too.
